Service Description
This express, 30-minute facial is ideal for those short on time but seeking visible results. Customized to target your primary skin concern be it dehydration, congestion, dullness, or sensitivity, this facial includes a double cleanse, professional exfoliation, & targeted serums. Omitted steps may include steaming, massage, or extractions. Cleansing and masking are the most important elements of the express facial because they produce the most visible results in 30 minutes. Perfect for monthly maintenance or a quick skin boost. You may also opt for a 30 minute facial massage promoting relaxation, muscle tension release, blood circulation, and lymphatic drainage. Will include only a cleanse and facial massage.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit, Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit goes toward your total service cost and will be applied at checkout. Deposits can be transferred up to twice per month with at least 24 hours notice. Reschedules cannot be made less than 24 hours of the appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited and a new appointment must be booked. A valid card is required to remain on file when booking an appointment. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: You will not be charged beyond your non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: A 50% service fee will be charged (this is in addition to the deposit already paid). No-call, no-shows: A 100% service fee will be charged to the card on file and client may result in a ban from future bookings. By booking, you agree to these terms. This policy is in place to respect time and availability, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from booking during those times.
