Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Deposits may be transferred up to twice per month with at least 24 hours notice. Deposit, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit goes toward your total service cost and will be applied at checkout. Reschedules cannot be made less than 24 hours of the appointment. If rescheduling outside of the 24 hour window, your deposit is forfeited, and a new appointment must be booked. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: You will not be charged beyond your non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: A 50% service fee will be charged (this is in addition to the deposit already paid). No-call, no-shows: A 100% service fee will be charged to the card on file and client may result in a ban from future bookings. By booking, you agree to these terms. This policy is in place to respect time and availability, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from booking during those times.
